Cancellation and Refund Policy
Yuan Medicine Co., Ltd./ บริษัท หยวน เมดดิซีน จำกัด  prioritizes customer satisfaction and safety above all else. As our products fall under the category of health-related and specialized goods, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy to ensure accuracy and maintain hygiene and safety standards:
1. Order Cancellation
• Customers may request to change or cancel an order free of charge within 30 minutes of receiving payment confirmation.
• Once an order has been approved and has entered the preparation or dispatch process, it cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Refund and Exchange Policy
• To uphold hygiene, safety, and product standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges if a customer simply changes their mind.
• However, customers may request a refund or exchange within 24 hours of receiving their order if any of the following occur:
• The product received does not match the order (incorrect item).
• The packaging is damaged, or the product itself is not in perfect condition due to the shipping process.
• The quantity of items received is incomplete based on the original order.
3. Required Proof for Claims
To expedite the verification process, please contact us via our official Line account (YUAN medicine) or email us at info@yuan-medicine.com, providing the following:
• Order ID
• Photographs or a video of the affected product(s) (We recommend recording a video while opening the parcel.)
4. Refund Processing Time and Methods
Once a refund request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed via the same payment method used through the Opn Payments (Omise) Gateway:
• PromptPay: The funds will be credited back to your bank account within 7–14 business days.
• Credit or Debit Card: The funds will be credited back to your account within 30–60 business days (depending on your card issuer’s billing cycle and terms).
